Property in Mayur Vihar East Delhi

Good News ! Phase-1 flyover of Mayur Vihar will be thrown open to the public by the end of November this year 2018. It’s a part of the Barapullah phase-3 project.This is 800 metre flyover. This flyover is a backbone of Noida and Mayur Vihar Phase -1 and 2. After completion of the flyover it is assumed that the price of commercial and residential property in Mayur Vihar will rise. The construction starts since May 2015. Till now the flyover is 95% (approx) complete and could have been opened by April but the 2 loop’s construction work of flyover will take some more month’s time. PWD officials declared that the construction of two loops going towards and from Mayur Vihar Phase-1 will be end before allowing for public. Once these 2 loops were connected, the flyover can be used by the public.

This flyover will provide smooth movement with little congestion form traffic coming from Noida and going towards Akshardham Temple.  The first deadline set for this flyover was September 2017. There have been multiple deadlines misses since then that officials have attributed to technical glitches and delays in the construction of the loops. Second deadline was February 2018 and third was April 2018.

We all knows the fact the after the construction of this flyover property price goes high.

Price of Property in Mayur Vihar is increasing with the construction of flyover, either commercial or residential.
